Course Description
The Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science provides you with
knowledge and skills in health, fitness and athletic performance. You
will gain an understanding of basic and applied sciences utilised in
various contexts including healthy ageing, chronic disease
prevention, health promotion and elite sport performance.
You will study anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, exercise
physiology, motor learning and control, exercise and sport
psychology as well as exercise prescription and planning. Industryrecognised accreditations in strength and conditioning, fitness,
sports medicine, anthropometry and massage are also offered
throughout the program.
